Congratulations to Ben, Zac and Leighton who achieved great success at the UK ITF National Championships at the weekend. All 3 have been training exceptionally hard under the guidance of Master Horan at HSTS squad every weekend as well as a training at Amity Taekwon-Do in Kettering twice a week. Well done!

Instructor Elliott Callahan also picked up a Gold in Adult Micro Weight Sparring and a Gold in Adult 3rd Degree Patterns representing HSTS Taekwon-Do.
